In 2025, the Ukrainian Association of Polygraph Examiners (UAPE) went through a cleansing phase. As of May 2025, the UAPE consists of 330 Ukrainian polygraph examiners. All members of the UAPE are real polygraph examiners, there are no phantom people in our register.

We systematically encounter attempts by a certain circle of “businessmen” to use the impeccable professional reputation of the UAPE in their narrowly mercantile interests. This happens from free ads on OLX to posting photos of the members of the UAPE on the resources of other polygraph communities to which the members of the UAPE have nothing to do. Moreover, our colleagues, the members of the UAPE, persistently and systematically demand that information about themselves be removed from these sites, spending time and energy on this.

By the letter below, we are addressing representatives of social networks and media with a request to remove information provided on behalf of the UAPE without identifying the person submitting it as an authorized representative of the UAPE.
